Commercial real estate attorneys deal with transactions between buyers and sellers, title issues, contract review, and lender negotiations involving commercial, as opposed to residential real estate. Commercial Real Estate law differs from Residential Real Estate law in that it requires in-depth familiarity with areas that are unique to commercial transactions. Title, survey and environmental issues arise in Commercial Real Estate Transactions that are not usually seen in Residential Real Estate Transactions. We are an authorized title agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and have written title insurance on hundreds of commercial transactions for over twenty-five (25) years.
